This package is designed to provide continuous support throughout your labor and birth journey. I’ll be by your side offering comfort measures, encouragement, and gentle advocacy to help you feel safe, supported, and empowered every step of the way. After your baby arrives, I’ll visit you within the first six weeks to check in, support your recovery, and help ease your transition into parenthood. For families who prefer virtual care, I offer compassionate support through phone, video calls, and text. Together, we’ll explore coping strategies such as breathwork and labor positions, and you’ll also receive one virtual postpartum visit. Whether in-person or online, postpartum care includes guidance with newborn bonding and answers to your early childcare questions, so you can step into parenthood with confidence and reassurance.

This package encompasses the full scope of doula care, providing structured support throughout the prenatal, intrapartum, and postpartum periods. Services include three (3) one-hour prenatal visits conducted in a one-on-one setting. These sessions are designed to establish rapport, review birth preferences, address concerns, explore available options, and develop a comprehensive labor and birth plan. Educational support is provided regarding labor processes, potential medical interventions, and evidence-based comfort measures. Beginning at 36 weeks gestation, the doula will be on call for the client. Virtual support is available during the early phase of labor. Upon the onset of active labor, the doula will provide in-person, continuous support at the designated birth facility until delivery is complete. Immediate postpartum support will be provided for up to one (1) hour following birth. Postpartum care includes three (3) two-hour visits, focused on client recovery, newborn care guidance, and ongoing adjustment support during the initial postpartum period.

This package offers the option to include additional postpartum support as needed. Each visit is four hours in length and may include assistance with newborn care as well as light household tasks, such as bottle cleaning and laundry.

This package includes two overnight visits per week, providing dedicated in-home support for your family during the night. As your postpartum doula, I will create a restful environment for parents by managing nighttime care, including feedings, diaper changes, soothing, and light household tasks such as baby laundry and cleaning supplies. Each visit is 6–8 hours in length, offering both physical assistance and emotional support to promote rest, recovery, and peace of mind.
